Planning for back-to-school rush and special events is a period of both excitement and hard work in the campus store. By creating a comprehensive checklist, you can plan ahead for the peak selling periods on your campus. Throughout this course, you will determine the activities required for a successful rush period (or event) and create and organize a checklist unique for your store and campus. This checklist will ensure your team is fully prepared and empowered to provide the same high-level service consistently to students, faculty, and your campus community.
