This course provides an introduction to the Campus Store Standards published by the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS). Designed to guide and improve a campus store, the standards provide a blueprint for success, validation of qualitative performance, and help a store tell their story more effectively. It describes the importance of industry standards, who CAS is, how the standards are organized, and practical campus store applications for the standards. It concludes with how the standards have been integrated into NACS Education and where you can get the standards.
